America's Top Team Fort Lauderdale is gearing up for Summer Camps.

American Top Team Fort Lauderdale Summer camp has been going on for more than 14 years . Day campers will spend their time learning and practicing jiu-jitsu and self-defense with Master Junior Fernandes (ATT FTL leader and coach) and staff members.

Master Junior Fernandes and his team will help your child learn more about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique, the fun way! This camp is great not only for beginners but also for current students to learn fundamental techniques and improve competition skills.

Our summer camp is for 4 -12 year olds and will include a variety of ground based jiu-jitsu techniques as well as take-down techniques including wrestling and judo, and modern style grappling. The camp is from 8am to 2pm and includes healthy snacks.

Give your child the opportunity to improve their techniques this summer and get ready for competitions.

Flotsam & Jetsam

Each we come across tidbits, tips, and tools that are too good to not share, but they don't exactly fit in the "Fort Lauderdale" category. So inspired by the FTL's close connection to the sea... let's see if any of this floats your boat.

You've probably heard of Affirmations... and maybe even tried them yourself. If you are like me, you might have a little naysayer in your head saying "No you don't!" or "No you're not" to even your most positive mental programming.

Maybe try this instead...

On TikTok there is a new trend called #Iffirmations. Just add "What if..." to the front of those affirmations that you want to own and make them feel more real. That little hack sends the "little naysayer" on vacation, and you get to dream big dreams without someone shooting you down.
